**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Team Support
- Marketing Support
- Assists with planning, organizing and execution efforts
- Creation, organization, and submission of various documentation
- Customer Service

**A Day in the Life**:
Communication
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate departments

Order Management
- Process sales orders and ensure that they are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Verify order details and liaise to clarify any discrepancies.

CRM Management
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Ensure all sales activities, communications, and opportunities are accurately logged.

Sales Documentation
- Prepare sales-related documents such as quotes, contracts and proposals. Assist with the creation and distribution of sales materials and presentations.

Scheduling
- Coordinate and manage appointment schedules for the sales team.
- Organize and set up meetings with clients or potential leads

Reporting
- Compile and generate regular sales reports, including weekly, monthly, or quarterly overviews.
- Assist with data analysis to identify sales trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.

Inventory Management
- Monitor product inventory levels and notify relevant teams of replenishment needs.

Sales Support
- Assist sales representatives with various tasks to support their efforts.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely between sales and marketing to ensure alignment in sales-related activities. Assist in planning and organizing marketing activities such as social media posts, tradeshow and industry events.

Feedback Collection
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to relevant teams for product or service improvements.
- Support in conducting customer satisfaction surveys or studies.

**Qualifications**:

- Post Secondary Education
- 1+ years of Sales Administration
- 1+ years of Wordpress
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excell, Powerpoint
- Must be comfortable using CRM
- Must have excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Ontario Drivers License
