We are looking for a **part-time **Operations Support Assistantto join our team in a **permanent **capacity.

Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Operations Support Assistant is responsible for working with the front office departments (HR, Scheduling and Finance) to ensure all administrative tasks are completed and to help keep these departments running smoothly.
- Assist with UKG password resets and staff education on password management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
- Assist with other recruitment and onboarding processes as assigned.
- Collaborate with the Administrative departments to understand their operational needs and ensure coordination and alignment across the organization.
- Provide break coverage for front reception.
- Support the Scheduling Coordinator with urgent callouts as directed.
- Assist with other scheduling activities as required.
- Assist Office Manager with monthly mail-outs and other activities as required related to resident billing, including keeping a detailed log of returned documents as requested.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and keep track of deadlines in a busy environment with high traffic, working independently, and as part of a team.
- Must be organized, resourceful and persistent, with strong follow through to resolution.
- Possess ability to deal tactfully and courteously in any situation communicating well, verbally and in writing, Maintaining strict confidentiality on all matters.
- Communicating and working in collaboration with employees across different departments to achieve the collective goals and objectives of the organization.
- Acts as a resource to other administrative support positions, providing back-up coverage as requested and sharing knowledge.
- Working in accordance with the provisions of applicable Long Term Care Homes Act, health and safety legislation and all corporate/departmental policies
- Provide Minute Taking support for various committees if requested.
- Assist the Administrative Assistant for a variety of clerical activities if needed.

- Copy of 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination proof
- Copy of Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing
- Copy of valid CPR certificate (within 2023)
- Copy of valid Mask Fit test (within 2023)
- Original copy of Vulnerable Sector Screen
- Copy of CNO registration
