**Position Overview**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Identify recurring issues to determine and document possible solutions and assist with resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues with focus on service level agreements.
- Maintain knowledge regarding current marketing programs, Distribution Centre issues, and Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix Customer Service initiatives to provide insightful responses.
- Work flexibly, including some weekends and statutory holidays.

**What you’ll need**:

- Work experience in supply chain, retail operations, distribution and/or completion of Secondary School.
- Detail oriented with good time management skills.
- Ability to communicate with empathy and respect in a clear and concise manner with colleagues across the business including senior leaders.
- Ability to work well independently and also collaboratively with people to solve problems.
- Ability to problem solve and make connections of inter-related work process to find solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to produce reports, documentation and presentations.
- Knowledge of logistic procedures in a retail call centre environment.
