**About Us**

Aquilini Group (“AG”) is a diversified family business founded in Vancouver, BC more than 50 years ago with roots in the real estate development and construction industry. Today the company owns and manages an international real estate portfolio that includes commercial and residential properties, hotels, golf courses, vineyards and blueberry and cranberry farms. In addition to these ongoing pursuits, AG has expanded its holdings to include assets in the sports & entertainment, renewable energy, aquaculture, tourist attractions, restaurants and food & beverage industries.

This opportunity within our Real Estate Development division focuses on the needs of our new home buyers. Aquilini Development has delivered thousands of homes ranging from single family homes to townhomes to apartments, across the Lower Mainland and BC. Currently, our portfolio has a large component of master plan communities developed in partnership with the First Nations. We are proud of the work we are doing with our Indigenous Partners and strive to bring forth a more affordable option for homeownership in our market. One of our most recent completed communities is Tsawwassen Shores which is now fully occupied with over 550 families.

We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual who is passionate about marketing, real estate and innovative projects to join our team as a Marketing Manager. As a member of the Sales & Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in the execution of marketing campaigns including brand development, marketing collaterals, signage, presentation centre build outs, events, digital media, social media and advertising.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**

Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, our Marketing Manager will:

- Collaborate and coordinate with our Development, Construction, Finance and Civil teams on marketing related strategies
- Collaborate with our third-party sales and marketing agency for the brand development, strategy development and execution of all marketing campaigns and objectives
- Collaborate, coordinate with and provide direction to all creative partners and contractors
- Provide constructive and creative ideas in brainstorming sessions
- Analyze and interpret market data to provide fact driven ideas and strategies
- Track design and market trends
- Support all marketing events including launch and tempo campaigns
- Proofreading and fact check all public facing materials including legal documents and architectural drawings
- Manage quotes, invoices, and budgets within our financial software
- Collaborate with on site sales team on maintaining quality standards with display homes and sales arenas
- Represent the Aquilini Development brand in a positive and professional manner at industry events

**Qualifications**
- Passion for construction, real estate development and community building
- Alignment with ADC corporate values
- Particular attention to detail, organization and consistency
- Punctuality and diligence for arriving at meetings prepared and on time.
- A team player, personable with a positive outlook on every situation
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn and be challenged
- Outgoing, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Disciplined with time management, capable of working under pressure with multiple projects and tasks with simultaneous deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Office 365)

**Required Training and Experience**
- 4+ years work experience in a real estate or related field
- Post secondary degree or diploma
- Comfort with using social media platforms
- Some knowledge of Salesforce is an asset but not required

**Working Environment**

This is a fully in-office/onsite role
