We are committed to delivering excellence through our products and services, and we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support business growth objectives.
- **Team Management**: Lead marketing team and provide support to two team members to achieve organizational objectives.
- **Website Management**: Maintain and update the Celayix website including creation of new webpages in line with company goals.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- **Brand Management**: Maintain and enhance the Celayix brand’s presence and reputation in the market, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- **Partner Relationships**: Develop and maintain relationships with our partner companies to help reach new communities of potential customers.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and projects.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with website management using tools such as Dvi and Wordpress
- Experience with a SaaS company is an asset
- Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages and content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
