- **Responsibilities**:_
- _Retain, develop, and bring new clients for our Logistics & Transportation services, with a focus on 3PL solutions._
- _Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base and increase revenue generation._
- _Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met._
- _Identify and pursue new business opportunities, Canada wide specifically focusing on Southern Ontario market, leveraging industry knowledge and networking._
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' objectives and requirements._
- _Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities._
- _Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and business development efforts._
- **Competencies**:_
- _Proven track record of 5+ years in business development and sales within the Logistics and Transportation industry, preferably in a 3PL environment _
- _Strong understanding of the dynamics of market, with established relationships within the industry._
- _Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively._
- _Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets._

Pay: $33,100.00-$90,898.57 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
