**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including document management, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
- Handle basic financial tasks such as expense reimbursements, invoice processing, billing management, and maintaining financial records.
- Provide professional and efficient customer support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and optimizing administrative and financial workflows to improve efficiency.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of two years of experience in administrative or finance-related roles. Strong customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in both English and another language (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
