**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively contact customers with expiring finance contracts to discuss renewal options and new vehicle opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on Volkswagen financing options and guide customers through the process of securing a new vehicle loan or lease.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers from their current vehicle to a new one.
- Utilize CDK, ONE-EIGHTY, and Volkswagen Finance tools to track customer portfolios and manage ongoing relationships.
- Analyze customer needs and financial situations to recommend the best financing solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing options, interest rates, and available bank finance programs.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Support the finance and sales teams in achieving monthly sales and finance targets.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored financing solutions.
- Familiarity with Volkswagen Finance, CDK, ONE-EIGHTY, and bank finance programs is an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A desire to grow into a sales management or finance management role.
