We are a leading service company specializing in content processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately encode transactions into the system to generate invoices in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the operations team for the schedule and scope of the job.
- Crosscheck information with the Job Agenda and Homebase, as needed.
- Keep track of the inventory for materials used in each job.
- Create and maintain an effective filing system for the billings.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files, as needed.
- Regularly update logs, documents, and files to track operational and client information.
- Provide basic customer service principles and practices.
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations laid out by the employer.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the employer.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

- Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is a must.
- Tech savvy with strong technical skills.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
