Northern Dock Systems Inc. is seeking an Invoicing Clerk to join our Finance Team.
**Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Create and prepare invoices, accurately entering invoice details into our customer's online platforms for processing.
- Enter vendor bills in Microsoft NAV and perform any general filing duties.
- Request purchase orders from customers for completed service.
- Assist our various departments when required, including collecting paperwork from technicians to scan and send to our Service department.
- Generate reports and provide timely feedback to management should any issues arise.
- Prepare, send and track courier shipments and work with freight companies to resolve damage claims and issues.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, and answer office phones when required.
- Post credit card receipts and Visa statements.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in invoicing, accounting or administrative support and be PC literate.
- A university degree or college diploma in Accounting or a related field is required.
- Be detail-oriented and able to contribute to a team environment.
- Experience working in the construction industry on the accounting side is preferred but not required.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
