Project Manager Assistant

Remediclean is searching for a motivated, responsible employee to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. We need a self starter who is solution oriented who can find solutions to challenges that arise. Someone who strives to excel and who is a life long learner.

You need to have experience reading and analyzing drawings, spec documents and hazardous material reports in order to produce detailed and accurate estimates. This is a very important and critical role for our company.
- Have worked in the abatement or remediation industry for at least 2 years.
- Have strong estimating skills and to be able to handle a high volume of active tenders.
- Be meticulous and detailed oriented to produce accurate quotes.
- Be responsible and accountable for their submitted tenders.
- Be able to self-manage to accomplish many competing deliverables.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Thrive in the business development/public relations arena.
- Be a people person and able to connect with potential clients easily.
- Be driven to win. Win new business and grow Remediclean.

- Participate in Remediclean's health & safety program and assist senior PM's as needed.
- Estimating_
- Reading and analyzing tender drawings, specification documents and hazardous material reports.
- Using software such as Planswift for accurate take offs.
- Understanding spec documents and how they relate to tender drawings.
- Producing thorough and comprehensive estimates compliant with tender contractual obligations.
Remediclean is an established abatement company in Southern Alberta and we strive, every day, to lead the industry. We remove hazardous materials from commercial and industrial buildings. Asbestos, mould, lead paint and biohazards are mainly what we encounter but we will rise to any unique challenge. We have abatement techs supervisors on staff to handle multiple projects simultaneously and we scale up and down our crews, as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
