Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Ridgeline Project Management. This is a permanent, on-site position with relocation costs covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and Budgeting: Estimate costs and materials for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers to achieve project goals.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Blueprints and Drawings: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and supervise workers and projects effectively.
  • Work Experience: Possess 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.

Working Conditions:

  • This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel to different project sites.
  • The typical work week consists of 35 hours, with occasional overtime as needed.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
