Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Swift Accounting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Manage mail and other materials, ensuring timely distribution
- Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
- Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- College/CEGEP education
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Reliability and accountability
Work Environment
- 35-40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
