Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize tasks and work assignments to ensure timely completion and maximum efficiency.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in duties and policies to promote knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to inform stakeholders of progress and achievements.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to facilitate learning and networking opportunities.
  • Data Collection: Compile data, statistics, and information to support business decisions and growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient retrieval of documents.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP education or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience or equivalent in a similar role.
  • Language Proficiency: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours of work per week.
Salary Information

We offer an attractive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
