HealthOne is seeking a **Brand Marketing Manager** to support our marketing team by providing compelling marketing strategies to support our mission, vision and success for our growing multi-disciplinary healthcare business.
HealthOne allows individuals to conveniently access 8 key health & wellness services - family & walk-in medicine, dental care, mental health counselling, physical rehabilitation, wellness practitioners, optometry & optical, medispa & skin care, and more. As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in promoting our out-of-pocket service offering, engaging with customers, and ensuring our brand stands out within a competitive industry.
The Brand Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing and be part of a dynamic team that collaborates to achieve the company's mission of helping Canadians live healthier and more inspired lives.
**Schedule**
- Full-time - 40 hours per week
- Hybrid role, with 2 to 3 days per week onsite
- Ability to be mobile and visit clinic locations in Downtown Toronto & North York
**Main Responsibilities**
**1. Product Marketing & Campaign Building**
- Create value propositions that highlight the unique benefits of our services.
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve marketing objectives.
**2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution**
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies that align with the overall marketing plan and company objectives.
- Lead and communicate with key stakeholders progress on marketing plan (example dental marketing plan, skin marketing plan) and report on KPIs outlining opportunities and improvement areas to execute with excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign and product implementations.
**3. Customer Engagement and Sales**
- Develop strategies and programs to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, revenue, and sales information to improve marketing programs.
- Create marketing materials and tools to support the team, such as brochures, promotions, videos, or case studies.
**4. Market Research and Analysis**
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
**5. Performance Metrics and Reporting**
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
**6. Collaboration and Communication**
- Work closely with other departments, such as clinicians, creative services team, digital marketing team, and clinic leads, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Communicate marketing plans and results to stakeholders.
**Compensation**
- Salary range: $80K to $85K with two (2) weeks paid vacation

**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Available to work on-site at our various Greater Toronto Area locations.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing
- Ability to write and create compelling content that informs and inspires audiences.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva, audio, video, and photography.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills
- A detailed eye and instinct for developing and choosing good creative concepts.
- An organized and detail-oriented professional who loves to create.
- Works with a sense of urgency and an ability to be flexible and agile to meet deadlines.
**Nice-to-Haves**
- Has a keen interest or previous experience working in the skincare
- Ability to drive results, problem-solve, and monitor results
- Has 2 - 4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and communications in a corporate, medium-sized business, or agency environment.
