**What will you work on?**
The Brand Manager, US Marketing is responsible for supporting and informing the development, implementation, and management of the strategic and tactical marketing plans, to drive consumer demand in the US Market for assigned business segment.
**How will you create impact?**
- Manage a portfolio of Games Brands and drive them to exceed annual corporate goals - revenue, margin, market share, and consumer demand in US Market.
- Drive the management and implementation of Consumer Marketing Campaigns
- Support budget planning, including Paid Media planning, YouTube, Digital, Content Production, PR, Social Influencers
- Lead reporting and analysis of POS. Make recommendations and manage marketing plans based on item and brand retail performance.
- Partner with Shopper Marketing on establishing best in class retail plans to maximize impact at POP
- Collaborate with US Sales team for US customer specific plans - product lines, strategic retailer activation plans, brand promotional guidelines, channel exclusives
- Collaborate with key external partners to ensure amplification and drive synergies across each marketing touchpoint
- Drive Financial Planning - manage mix/pricing to achieve financial objectives. Assist roll ups, keep to pricing deadlines, liaise with Brand Finance and Sales.
- Lead briefs with agency partners to develop our tactical marketing plans and deliver upon 2025 strategy and goals
- Identify market trends consumer insights to develop consumer-centric marketing plans to further the brand’s growth objectives and commercial opportunities
- Toy Fair - A key member of the wider team responsible for preparing for and contributing to Toy Fair. Present to trade/retail partners, through previews and Toy Fairs, to secure necessary levels and breadth of retail support.
- Use forecasting and market insights tools including Circana and Brand Health Trend Reports to evaluate brand performance and marketing effectiveness
- Lead brand operations including forecasts, pricing, profitability analysis and market share analysis
- Regularly audit and have a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and trends to generate new and innovative ways to launch and market our Games
**What are your skills and experience?**
- Experience launching Games titles and managing a portfolio of games business
- Passionate about the Games category and has a deep understanding of how to market games
- Experience working with licensors and managing licensed brands preferred
- Strong marketing skills - experience in developing and delivering strong marketing plans. Plans that stand out against the competition, are best in class internally and deliver fully on a commercial level
- Consumer product brand management experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably working with Games, toy, entertainment, fashion, or other pop culture products
- Working knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics from TV, print, digital and consumer promotions
- Ability to navigate or learn new systems - BI, SAP
- Experience managing brand PL with proven results of achieving MC/DC/GS$ targets
