We are now recruiting for a full-time **Customer Account Agent** to join our team at our office in Saint John, New Brunswick. The **Customer Account Agent** is responsible for managing a portfolio of client’s accounts at various stages of the credit and collection process. This position offers remote opportunities, depending on qualifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtain payment and/or establish re-payment schedules.
- Maintain regular follow up on customer accounts and contact.
- Handling outbound and inbound customer calls.
- Negotiation of payment over the short term.
- Discuss payment options and rectify any account discrepancies.
- Utilize various skip tracing/locating routines.
- Adhere to both internal and external policies and procedures.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of company, client, and customer information.
- May include other office administration and client services duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to service customers in both official languages preferred (English & French).
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Successful completion of post-secondary education or prior credit and collection or sales experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and telephone).
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional work ethic.
- Ability to analyze challenges, overcome obstacles, and multitask.
- Strong computer skills.
- Targets and results driven.
- Must be organized with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, dependable, and honest

**Tâches**:
**- Obtenir le paiement et/ou établir un échéancier de remboursement.**

**- Maintenir un suivi et un contact régulier avec les comptes clients.**

**- Traiter les appels entrants et sortants des client.es.**

**- Négocier les paiements à court terme.**

**- Discuter des options de paiement et corriger toute anomalie de compte.**

**- Employer diverses procédures de dépistage/de recherche.**

**- Adhérer aux politiques et aux procédures internes et externes.**

**- Maintenir la sécurité et la confidentialité des informations sur l'entreprise et les client.es.**

**- Subvenir à d'autres tâches d'administration de bureau et de service à la clientèle, au besoin.**

**Compétences**:

- La capacité de servir les clients dans les deux langues officielles est privilégiée (anglais et français).
- L’expérience antérieure comme représentant.e du service à la clientèle.
- Un diplôme d'études postsecondaires ou une expérience antérieure en matière de crédit et de recouvrement ou de vente est un atout.
- D’excellentes compétences en communication (verbale, écrite et au téléphone).
- La capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
- Vous devez être motivé.e et pouvoir travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision.
- Une éthique de travail professionnelle.
- La capacité d'analyser les défis, de surmonter les obstacles et d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
