Manage Accounts Receivables processes, including receiving, safeguarding, deposit and recording of receipts and assisting in the
Credit Management process, ensuring Customers remain within agreed credit and payment terms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record receipts in exp.o Accounting system and allocate per the remittance advice, ensuring no receipts are left unallocated at
monthend and provide support to the Banking/Treasury team for unidentified receipts.
Generate and deliver timely Statements, and perform timely reconciliations.
Provide up to date detailed collection notes listing actions on every past‐due invoice in the ARCM system (Accounts Receivable
Collection Management).
Maintain a filing system in accordance to internal and local document retention policies (i.e. upload the remittance advice to
the deposit in exp.o Accounting).
key relationships with Customers and Internal Staff.
Produce Exception Reports for the Weekly AR Meeting per company AR Goals (Aging Analysis, No Bad Debt, 100% Collection
within Terms, No OCL (Over Credit Limit)) and maintain meeting minutes.
Prepare the bad debt calculation (Trade AR Allowance) and the bad debt roll forward schedule for the monthly P&L.
Assist Lead, Supervisor & Manager (as required) with Credit tasks in line with the Global Credit Policy (maintain Customer
payment terms, company rating & risk rating; evidence in e.doc Global Lookup the establishment and approval of credit in the
BCR system (Branch Credit Request) and performance of annual credit reviews).
Provide up to date detailed collection notes listing actions on every past‐due invoice/settlement listed on the Intercompany &
Agent Reports for your branch. Unresolved items must be reported to Manager prior to the scheduled write off.
Assist in Internal Control Evaluations and Internal/External Audits by preparing required information/documentation.
Support Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments.
Support coverage at reception as needed.
Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with
outstanding integrity and pride.
- Gestion du processus de recouvrement/ suivi client : incluant l’enregistrement et la sauvegarde des avis de virements et enregistrement des virements avec justesse, tout en apportant son support sur le processus de gestion de crédit.

Responsabilités clefs:

- Enregistrement des virements, chèques et avis de règlement. S’assurer qu’il ne reste pas de virement non lettrés en fin de mois. Mettre rapidement tout en œuvre pour résoudre les anomalies détectées. Si un client est en cash, ou un virement n’est pas identifié prendre le lead sur les actions de vérification listées ci-dessous.
- Etre pro actif et savoir identifier les problèmes liés aux lettrages et virement reçu, s’assurer que chaque virement soit correctement enregistré en face de factures et d’avoirs réels. Assurer le suivi par mail et par téléphone en suivant le processus d’escalade existant en impliquant l’équipe recouvrement, le manager, les clients, les équipes opérationnelles, l’équipe de management et l’équipe d’account manager le cas échéant.
- Pour les comptes et virements communs avec le Sud s’assurer qui prend en charge le lettrage
- Procéder aux remboursements clients dans les 5 jours ouvrable dès que les informations ont été transmises par l’équipe
- Assurer les retours de fond.
- Dés réception des détails de règlement assurer les réconciliations de façon précise et ponctuelle.
- En période de congé des personnes en charge du recouvrement, renseigner ARC avec les avis et détails de virement reçu
- Se positionner sur les portails clients pour télécharger les factures, consulter les avis de virement ou le statut des factures
- Envoyer les factures clients en utilisant les outils mise à disposition, demander aux équipes opérationnelles et à l’équipe de management lorsque des contacts sont manquants.
- Respecter les procédures de rétentions documentaires en utilisant les outils mise à disposition (exemple : expo-accounting, Sharepoint, e-doc, F dédié etc..)
- Comprendre les tâches et objectifs du Credit Controller (weekly AR meeting, Bad Debt, AR Audit, OCL, rating clients etc..)
