**Main Tasks**:

- Receive incoming calls from customers and assist in familiarizing them with our platform
- Listen to customers, identify their difficulties, answer their questions

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French
- Ideal: experience in customer service for technological solutions
- Positive, organized, persistent, resourceful, autonomous, versatile and strong
