**Une journée typique dans ce rôle**:

- Fournir un soutien logistique de bout en bout pour les événements de formation sur les sites locaux et éloignés.
- Organiser et programmer les salles de formation, les instructeurs, la restauration, la reproduction des documents imprimés, la préparation et/ou la commande d'autres matériels, ainsi que l'équipement nécessaire, le cas échéant.
- Soutenir et modérer les cours dispensés virtuellement.
- Communiquer avec les étudiants, les instructeurs, les fournisseurs ou les commanditaires d'événements par courrier électronique, téléphone, réunions virtuelles et réunions en face à face.
- Utilisation intensive du système de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS) pour programmer des cours/classes, gérer et mettre à jour divers types de processus d'inscription et d'achèvement, et générer des rapports.
- Suivre et gérer les informations relatives aux cours/programmes, les exigences et l'accomplissement des tâches liées au soutien des événements.
- Réduire rapidement les problèmes connus et inattendus susceptibles d'avoir une incidence sur l'exécution réussie et en temps voulu d'un événement ou d'un programme de formation.
- Créer des mises à jour de la documentation de formation (par exemple, intégrer des questions d'enquête dans les diapositives PowerPoint de formation, créer des instructions étape par étape pour les participants aux classes virtuelles).
- D'autres tâches peuvent être assignées.

**Ce qu'il faut pour réussir dans ce rôle**:

- Licence en administration des affaires ou équivalent.
- Expérience de 1 à 2 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Vous devez posséder d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication commerciale écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
- Capacité à suivre des processus définis et à travailler de manière indépendante ou en équipe avec un minimum de supervision.
- Capacité à établir des priorités et à gérer soi-même les tâches qui lui sont confiées afin de respecter les délais des projets et les attentes en matière de coûts.
- Il doit posséder d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Expérience de l'établissement de rapports pour fournir des mises à jour aux clients (définir les paramètres corrects, analyser les données pour en vérifier l'exactitude et les problèmes, résumer les données et mettre en forme le rapport pour en faciliter l'examen).

**Note**:

- Des heures supplémentaires et du travail en fin de semaine ou en soirée peuvent être nécessaires pour le montage et le démontage d'une classe et pour d'autres activités de soutien.
- La capacité à soulever jusqu'à 25 livres est une fonction essentielle de ce poste.

**A typical day in this role**:

- Provide end-to-end logístical support for training events for local and remote locations.
- Arrange and schedule training rooms, instructors, catering, print reproduction, preparation and/or ordering of other materials, and required equipment when applicable.
- Support and moderation of classes delivered virtually.
- Extensive use of Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule courses/classes, manage and update various types of enrollment processes and completions, and generate reports.
- Track and manage class/program information, requirements, and completion of tasks associated with event support.
- Promptly mitigate known and unexpected issues that could impact a timely and successful execution of a training event/program.
- Create training documentation updates (i.e., embedding survey questions into Training PowerPoint slides, creating step-by-step instructions for virtual class participants)
- Other Job duties may be assigned.

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
