**We are looking for a bilingual Business Development Executive to sell our full portfolio of solutions in the Toronto marketplace.**
To be successful in the role, we require a high-energy individual with the following attributes:
**KNOWLEDGE**
Business-to-business solution selling experience
Some Information Management knowledge
Trained on various sales processes (MH, SPIN, HCS)
An understanding of market practices, trends, competition
**SKILLS**
Prospecting and qualifying
Go-getter and self-starter
Negotiating skills
Account Planning/Strategic planning
Skilled in presenting to audiences both large and small
Strong oral and written communication skills
Relationship builder
Experience using CRM
**ABILITIES**
Proven ability to close new business
Ability to build relationships with senior level decision makers “selling to the C Suite”
Creative problem-solver
Able to build own pipeline
