ERP Specialist

MAPEI INC., a well known manufacturer of adhesives, grouts and chemical products for floor installation and construction is presently looking to fill the position of
**ERP Specialist (Delta, BC)**
**Main responsabilities**:
- Analyze current shipping and production processes to identify gaps and differences compared to the new ERP to early manage and solve bottlenecks and identify possible areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights on shipping and production operations;
- Lead the transition to a new ERP software system for the shipping and production departments during the go-live phase;
- Work closely with IT to configure the ERP software to meet the needs of the shipping and production departments;
- Train shipping and production departments staff on the use of the new ERP software system;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of shipping and production processes and identify areas for further improvement;
- Provide regular updates to management on the progress of the ERP implementation, shipping and production process optimization initiatives;
- All other related tasks.
**Required skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in shipping, production, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience with ERP software systems, preferably in a shipping, production or logistics environment.
- Bilingual (French/English), if located in Laval.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
