The role will be reporting into our Inventory & Warehouse Manager and will be based in Delta, BC. This is an opportunity to continue your career in a high growth and fast paced company.

**We are looking for an outstanding Inventory Specialist who wants to leave a tangible legacy**:

- Build tools to assist Production, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams in tracking and reporting inventory.
- Lead inventory discrepancy investigations and trigger corrective actions.
- To ensure accuracy of inventory data within current systems.
- To deliver daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory tracking tool maintenance and development:

- Build & maintain internal data tracking tools using Excel and PowerBI.
- Create and update templates and summaries with production team/stakeholder input.
- Build & maintain dashboards to interpret data from production processes.
- Identify gaps in inventory control and build solution-based models with available information.
- Process mapping and implementation:

- Onboard and train staff on created tools and processes.
- Assist in designing processes and systems for new products.
- Create and train staff on cycle count procedures for inventory management (biologicals and consumables).
- Assist processing and packaging teams in management and usage of seed to sale software.
- Data maintenance & auditing:

- Daily audits of employee data entry on tracking tools against system/count data. Enter audited data into summary databases.
- Daily review of processing and packaging events to ensure accurate data logging and acceptable variances.
- Report discrepancies and root cause investigations.
- Maintain and change existing databases based on manufacturing or management decisions.
- Support general maintenance of the field system to ensure all required fields are filled in correctly and communicate required actions.
- Inventory Reporting:

- Assist in month end inventory counts (preparation and execution)
- Perform daily check ins with processing and packaging teams
- Assist in month end inventory reconciliation and financial reporting
- Perform weekly cycle count reports for consumables and finished goods
- Will take ownership of monthly Cannabis Tracking and Licensing System (CTLS) monthly reporting

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience within a supply chain, warehouse, or operations setting, focusing on inventory.
- Previous cannabis industry, greenhouse agricultural operations, manufacturing or pharmaceuticals experience is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience with Elevated Signals and/or ERP software is not mandatory but a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in participating in inventory counts.
- Experience with LEAN principles is considered an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or supply chain management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, professionalism, reliability, accountability.
