**Position Summary**

Maintains and enters data of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.

**Reporting Relationships**
- The Inventory Control Clerk reports to the Supply Chain Supervisor and Supply Chain Specialist and interacts with other members of the leadership team and staff as required to carry out duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

Duties as described, included but not limited to the following:

- Assist in an ERP systems implementation.
- Monitors and helps maintain current inventory levels
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
- Financial analysis and reconciliations.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting internal and external customers.
- Assists with visitors, contractors at reception area;
- Follows and complies with all company health and safety rules & Provincial Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Follows and complies with all SQF/HACCP/GMP (Food Safety) protocols, policies and procedures.
- Carrying out additional work-related duties assigned by the employer.

**Minimum Job Requirements**
- High school diploma or GED;
- At least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**
- Strong computer skills and able to type a minimum of 55 WPM;
- Experience with complex ERP systems;
- Database management skills;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Basic level of financial knowledge;
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite knowledge required;
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated excellent judgment within the scope of duties
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English spoken and written required;
- Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
- A person who enjoys and excels in an environment of growth and change
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details and produce timely results

**Working Conditions**
- Sedentary role, office environment
- Requires high level of concentration, mental focus and attention to details
- May require overtime on occasion
- Requires to be mobile in the warehouse environment
- Working in the office, full time.

**Shift Time**: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delta, BC V4K0C2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inventory control: 1 year (required)
- ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
