DGI Supply Job Description:

At DGI Supply, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations team as a Warehouse Associate II. This role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of warehouse operational functions, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Accurately perform product repackaging and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and courteous manner, treating customers with respect and professionalism.
  • Load and unload products from DGI vehicles and ensure they are properly secured.
  • Count, compare, check, and inspect quantities of materials and products to ensure accuracy.
  • Take inventory, document, and invoice orders and product movement.
  • Responsible for coordinating with management to set up delivery schedules.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years' experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to deliver products to customer sites.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Basic data entry skills using ERP systems; MS Office experience a plus.

Work Environment:

The Warehouse Associate II will work in a fast-paced distribution environment with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay rate for this position is $18 - $20 per hour. DGI Supply offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
