Named Accounts Manager - Aruba / Gestionnaire de comptes nommés - Aruba
**Specific Duties**:
- Establishes short and long term goals plus quotas in line with corporate objectives
- Sells products to new and/or current customers in an assigned region to achieve or exceed assigned quota
- Contacts prospective customers to determine product needs and perform sales presentations to match company's products and identified needs
- Prospects and develops business, responds to RFPs, and develops proposals for presentation to customer
- Coordinates account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development
- Remains knowledgeable of Aruba Networks products to facilitate sales effort
- Responsible for pre-sales function as needed
- Goals communicated in “solution” or project goal terms
- Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required
- Provides follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products provided
- Maintains a 90 day rolling forecast
- Manage all aspects of the evaluation program
- Understand competition in region and general business climate

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business or sales management
- Minimum 5 years technology sales in networking or security solutions.
- Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience
- Self-taught as formal training in emerging technologies may not exist
- In-house expert on specific technologies

**Tâches spécifiques**:
- Établir des objectifs à court et long terme, ainsi que des quotas conformes aux objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Vendre des produits à des clients nouveaux et existants dans une région donnée, pour atteindre ou dépasser les quotas établis.
- Communiquer avec les clients potentiels pour déterminer leurs besoins et faire des présentations de vente correspondant aux besoins de l’entreprise.
- Trouver des clients potentiels et développer des relations commerciales, répondre aux demandes de propositions et élaborer des propositions à présenter aux clients.
- Coordonner les ressources de compte avec les représentants des équipes de marketing, de prévente et de développement.
- Entretenir une grande connaissance des produits Aruba Networks pour simplifier les efforts de vente.
- Assurer la responsabilité de la fonction préventes au besoin.
- Communiquer les objectifs relatifs aux « solutions » et aux objectifs de projet.
- Entretenir les dossiers de vente et préparer des rapports de vente au besoin.
- Effectuer un suivi auprès des clients afin de s’assurer qu’ils sont satisfaits des produits proposés.
- Entretenir des prévisions en continu sur 90 jours.
- Gérer tous les aspects du programme d’évaluation.
- Bien connaître la concurrence dans la région et le climat commercial général.
