**What you offer**

**General Responsibilities**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Website Management**
- Manage and update website content, including creating new pages, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and SEO best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure website performance, functionality, and design are optimal.
- Collaborate with third party providers to ensure seamless integration of new content and features.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and ensure the website is ranking optimally for key search terms.

**SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Create and optimize website pages for search engine visibility, ensuring all content is keyword-optimized and aligned with SEO goals.
- Monitor SEO performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights for improving rankings.

**Monitoring & Insights**
- Understand and manage the flow of information between different systems to ensure campaigns, data, and reports are accurately synchronized.
- Regularly monitor social media and digital platforms to assess the company’s online reputation and identify areas for improvement.

**Other Tasks**
- Support additional marketing activities and special projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Continuously think outside the box to find innovative ways to improve marketing effectiveness, while understanding and navigating internal challenges.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the Tony Graham Automotive Group;
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation (i.e., Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code, Privacy Legislation, AODA, etc.)

3. Any other job responsibilities, as assigned.

**Education and Qualification**
- College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Automotive Dealership experience considered an important asset
- Valid Driver’s Licence, acceptable Driver’s Abstract, and Reliable Vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Proven experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus

**Language**
- Fluent in English, oral and written
- Bilingualism, an asset

- Mature personality and sound judgement skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key metrics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
