**It starts when you pick up the phone or log in online. With each conversation, you'll be playing one of the most important roles supporting our customers' happiness with the bank. Every day, you will**:
- **Act as a deep advice process/product expert for customers and partners to provide technical knowledge and expert guidance on how TD's digital assets can help them meet their financial needs.**:
- **Lead and deliver outstanding service and/or sales support with highly complex transactions related to financial products and services with an aim to provide complete and correct solutions the first time.**:
- **Identify and recommend new processes and solutions to ensure the team can meet its objectives**:
- **Play a key role in addressing customer concerns should they arrive and be accountable for problem solving and/or raising matters to the appropriate people.**:
- **Work towards achieving set goals while being an ambassador for innovation by offering legendary experiences and trusted advice.**:

**Job Requirements**
**For this role, we specifically require**:
- **Undergraduate degree and/or three (3) or more years of relevant experience.**
**Your relevant skillset and knowledge will also get our attention. Show us that you**:

- **Previous Customer Service Experience is required, along with solid understanding of TDCT Small Business credit products**:

- **Strong problem-solving aptitude and sound communicator Strong attention to detail**:
- **Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment**:
- **Bilingual (French & English) preferred but not required**:
- **Previous collections experience and basic understanding of applicable insolvency legislation would be an asset**:
- **Ability to multi-task effectively**
