Business Development Representative

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help us expand our business.
Job Summary:
As a Bilingual Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Conduct research and gather information on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to prospective customers.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and generate new business leads.
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPI linked to opportunity generation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel to attend industry events.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
