Techblazers, originally known as RoboEDU, has been established since 2014 and has been around for ten years. It is the pioneer and leader in Canadian science and technology education, and the only institution in Canada that provides technology education across the east and west coasts. Over the past few years, we have served over 3000 students, mainly targeting students aged 4-18.
Our school offers a diverse and comprehensive range of educational courses, including robotics technology, programming, 3D design, artificial intelligence, and special courses to prepare students for various competitions and real-world challenges.
Furthermore, Techblazers operates as a membership-based community. We host various member activities aimed at fostering close community relations. We invite professionals from different fields and alumni of our school to give lectures, providing our parents with the latest information. We also highly value parent participation, providing two-way communication channels to ensure parents can understand their children's educational progress and needs.
We offer high-end education and services, mainly serving families of students aged 4-18 in private or top public schools. If you want to be in a customer-centered company, we are now looking for a sales-centered office administrator to join our team. This role plays a crucial role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring our center runs smoothly, with a particular emphasis on sales and customer relationship management.

**Responsibilities**:
- Utilizing the customer resources provided by the company, communicate via WeChat and telephone to uncover customer needs. Quickly identify customer intentions, develop learning and career planning programs, and complete admission materials. Also, follow up on the situation of parents, with a special emphasis on sales and customer retention.
- Responsible for daily customer relationship maintenance and stickiness establishment, regularly send official WeChat Moments, Xiaohongshu or WeChat, and timely assist customers in handling pre-sales problems. Use TechBlazers' official account to provide feedback.
- Actively promote TechBlazers' courses to customers, and effectively convey TechBlazers' core learning values, drive sales and customer registration.
- Manage potential customers with tools and follow up effectively, continuously develop new potential customers, and manage user levels properly.
- Handle phone calls, arrange appointments, receive customers, and maintain office organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams: analyze industry trends with the product and marketing departments, understand customer pain points, assist in marketing activities and product updates to uncover more opportunities.
**Working Hours**:
- Tuesday to Friday. 16:00 - 21:00 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00
**Work Location**:
- Work on-site during courses and as needed. If there is no on-site demand, work from home.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, with good communication and writing skills in both languages.
- An extroverted personality, enjoy interacting with people.
- One year or more of sales-related work, experience in the education industry is preferred.
**Salary**:
- The base salary is $18-25 per hour, depending on experience. Experience in education is highly recommended.
- Transaction commission (for each customer transaction, a bonus can be given)
- Xiaohongshu reward (if explosive content is published, a certain number of likes or transactions are obtained, there are additional rewards)
- If within three months, job performance is excellent and the monthly bonus is generous, you may be promoted to the position of deputy store manager.
- If you work for half a year and perform well, you can be promoted to store manager, with multiple rewards such as salary, bonus, and equity. And have the right to be a shareholder of the next branch.
**Work Location**:
500 Hwy 7, third floor, Richmond Hill. There are numerous Chinese restaurants around, making life convenient. The working environment is spacious and comfortable.
Pay: $16.55-$27.98 per hour
