**What you’ll do**
As Talent & Development Partner, you will support our Rare Disease Business Unit SET (Senior Executive Team) business area.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Deliver activities to accelerate the development of our high potential employees
- Partner with HRBPs to support, advise and facilitate meetings and workshops with VPs and Heads of department on all talent and development related topics
- Support T&D Director in collecting, reviewing and aggregating talent data; identify themes, trends, and insights
- Support in building the annual talent review cycle for your area in order to build and maintain succession plans and updated talent data
- Be an ambassador for the T&D CoE; offer and guide successful implementation of our products to employees, leaders, and HRBPs for your area. Provide insights and connections from your business area to the T&D CoE.
- Deliver education and awareness events to the business on the range CoE offerings
- Assist with coordination for development programs to include development centers and nomination-based programs
- Assist with T&D integration and harmonization activities related to acquisition of Alexion
- Facilitate senior Development Centres and VP Transition team events
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition CoE to build external succession insights, ensuring a full talent pipeline of ready now/ready later talent for all business-critical roles
- Provide guidance and support to early talent programmes (for example support with annual workshops, induction events etc)
- Contribute to building and maintaining Talent dashboards within the area you support and measuring return on investment
- When required, support your area with Talent & Development related projects
- Delegate for T&D Director at SET area HR Leadership Team meetings
- Support the running of development weeks and the development element of Town Halls
- Support with the preparation of Talent Reviews and SET engagements such as talent lunches and Board dinners
**Essential for the role**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7-10 years experience within an HRBP, HR Generalist, Learning & Development, Talent Management or related HR role
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in talent management, learning and development, organization development or HR Business partnering
- Demonstrated ability working globally with and/or leading projects
- Experience advising, facilitating and addressing groups and leaders
- Ability to effectively operate in an environment of constant change and able to work with ambiguity
- Demonstrated analytical mind, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Collaboration and influencing skills to create partnerships to implement change; consistently displays a readiness and willingness to share knowledge; is open to different perspectives and to building consensus
- Believes in and champions our values and actively strive to build a culture of inclusion and diversity
**Desirable for the role**
- Master’s degree or MBA
