As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work with the Talent Acquisition team and assigned business units to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies for multiple Canadian locations.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers
- Administrative tasks and regular reporting required daily/weekly
- Following up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals
- Supporting recruitment teams in making objective hiring decisions
- Administering background checks and third party reference requests
- Partnering with members of TA, HR, Payroll and the business to achieve success
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or other related field
- 1-3 years’ of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition required
- Knowledge of Human Resources databases, hiring strategies, and applicable labor law
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Workday
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Competency in utilizing Zoom, Skype for Business and/or Microsoft Teams in a virtual environment
- Excellent decision-making and organizational skills toward developing successful hiring strategies
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes
