**Administrative Coordinator**

**About You**
We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual with a professional attitude, strong multitasking abilities, and an eagerness to grow with the company. This role offers the potential to advance into a more senior position.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer phones, direct calls, and greet walk-ins.
- Open, sort, and distribute mail.
- Schedule pickups and receive deliveries for miscellaneous items.
- Manage cell phones and oversee fleet logistics.
- Enter vendor invoices and process service invoicing in Sage; sort invoices and submit for approval.
- Act as backup dispatcher when needed.
- Perform data entry and assist with IT support, including coordinating network issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness of outside areas and warehouse.
- Assist team members with various tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role preferred.
- Invoicing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
