Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Foods Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule appointments and confirm meeting times
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have a strong secondary education and some experience in administration. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and have excellent communication skills. A permanent employment contract is offered, with 40 hours of work per week.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
