**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Director, Student Systems, Records & Scheduling, and working closely with the Manager of Student Advising and the Director of Recruitment, Admissions and Community outreach the CRM Ellucian Application Administrator will administer and implement changes to the CRM Advise and CRM Recruiter (CRM technologies) for Enrollment Services, Centennial Advising and Pathways Services (CAPS), and working collaboratively with the Schools within the College. Key responsibilities for this position include business analysis, technical advisor as well as planning, and communication. The administrator’s responsibility will include an operational role in customizing and administering CRM Technologies with the express purpose of delivering on the goals and objectives detailed in the College’s Developmental Advising Model and Recruitment strategies. As a member of the Student Systems teams, the incumbent will also support the activities of Student Systems team and will complete tasks as assigned by the Director of Student Systems, Records and Scheduling.

**Responsibilities**

**Administration**
- Administer the College’s CRM Advise and CRM Recruiter platforms, for all Advising and Recruitment users.
- Understand the functionality of Banner and other connected systems.
- Provision CRM Advise and CRM Recruiter user accounts and create user profiles.
- Recommend security settings and other requirements for all users.
- Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures, and oversee synchronization of data.
- Administer ongoing support and administrative requests of users.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
- Understanding of the reporting solution as it relates to Academic Information Systems (AIS herein) and CRM Advise and CRM Recruiter, including metadata and how key reports are constructed and calculations are formulated
- Documentation - work processes, workflows, training, requirements, catalog of Alerts
- Point person with ITS and ES for support and troubleshooting Web Registration System
- Generate SQL reports as needed
- Develop test planning components; test strategy, high-level test plan and detailed end user test plan for CRM Advise and CRM Recruiter to support cyclical upgrade testing

**Training and Development**
- Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for Centennial’s CRM users, keep materials up-to-date, coordinate and deliver new user and ongoing training sessions as required.
- Develop and communicate a schedule for future database and functionality enhancements to meet the College’s needs.
- Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources).

**Planning**
- Interview and collaborate with Academic divisions on data gathering, policy and process.
- Work with consultants and internal staff to integrate existing information system data (from Banner) within Centennial’s CRM Technologies

**Process Discovery and Management**
- Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to CRM Technologies.
- Build, Analyze and Configure alerts (work with users to develop and articulate their requirements)
- Gives guidance and advice on the use and configuration of Centennial’s CRM technologies to other departments.
- Develop and maintain data dictionary and report description documents detailing the organizational structure of College’s CRM technologies.
