Our main office is conveniently located right above College subway station at Yonge & College. Our office follows a hybrid work arrangement and you will be working remotely and coming into the office one day per week (or more as needed).
**Benefits & Compensation**
Upon joining the team, you will receive a competitive salary and performance bonus; you will also be entitled to full medical and dental benefits and 4 weeks of paid time off annually. You will also have an annual training and learning budget for professional development to ensure you are always up to date with the latest industry trends and tools.

Applicants will be contacted for an interview by June 9. Interviews will be held the week of June 12-16.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide direct administrative and office management support to the CEO and all members of the executive team, as directed.
- Maintain work schedules and calendars of executive management, particularly the CEO and other senior management members as required.
- Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations.
- Coordinate logistics of executive team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
- Review documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signatures for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary.
- Prepare draft reports, background documentation, and research.
- Coordinate office activities and organize in-office events.
- Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues.
- Facilitate communication from department managers.
- Be the 'go-to' person for staff and coordinate with others to resolve office related issues
- Take ownership of any other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintaining professionalism, good judgment, and confidentiality at all times
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Several years of progressive work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Technically savvy with office and end-user computing tools
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Condo Control is a Canadian company that provides an online communication and management software for condominiums, co-ops and HOAs. Condo Control provides a SaaS platform that helps property managers, board members, security and condo owners communicate quickly and easily. The system is straightforward and user-friendly, and Condo Control uses customer feedback to continuously improve and expand the services we offer.
Our software addresses all aspects of condo living, from announcements to tracking of visitors, packages, bookings, payments, and more.
