Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Category Manager on a permanent basis on our Centre Store Food Business team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

If you are interested in designing, marketing, and executing category plans for local Co-ops locations, then this is the position for you

**What you’ll do**:

- Be responsible for product assortment, pricing strategies, placement, and promotion of Integrated Hardware Business within the Food stores.
- Maximize category performance through the introduction of new and innovative products and programs with a focus on speed to market.
- Develop and implement marketing/promotional opportunities through the central flyer and other marketing initiatives to ensure they are delivering on category strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers. Ensure that the vendor community is providing category expertise to assist in all areas of product assortment, marketing, shelf management, and pricing decisions.

**Who you’ll work with**:
As a Food team member, you will work with Home and Building Solutions and Zone Operations Advisors. You will report into the Category Development Manager. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and community.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

- Have a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
- Have 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
