Are you someone who has experience providing long-term strategies for product categories, and collaborating with a team to increase liquor sales and profit margins? If so, this is the position for you

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop and conduct category reviews, coordinate plan-o-grams, identify opportunities and manage product assortment to maximize category development.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the supplier community to gain category expertise assistance in all areas of the category management process.
- Develop and implement marketing/promotional opportunities through the central flyer and other initiatives to ensure category strategies are being delivered.
- Develop pricing strategies and contentious product review processes that will be a tool to advise stores in managing product assortment and pricing in market.

**Who you’ll work with**:
You will work closely with Co-op Retail Teams, as well as FCL units and will report to the Liquor Marketing and Operations Manager. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and results.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

- Have 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
- Have category management experience/training, and experience in developing plan-o-grams are assets.
