**About Us**
Axsera is a dedicated and experienced team of telecommunications industry professionals who have been supporting clients with public safety technology, fixed wireless solutions, WiFi networks, structured cabling, telecom repairs, and technical services for over 20 years. Our clients are telecom service providers, enterprises, utilities, and government entities.
**Job Overview**
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales pipeline and converting sales opportunities. This position involves partnering with our client care, deployment and technical operations teams.
In this position you will be responsible for driving revenue opportunities for the following products and services:
- **WiFi networks** - Axsera provides the hardware, software, design and technical services to deploy new networks and upgrade existing networks. We work with enterprises, industrial clients and government organizations.
- **Structured Cabling **- Axsera provides technical services to deploy structured cabling for indoor communication networks. We connect IT equipment in some of the most challenging locations. We work with a range of different partners, integrators and clients.
- **Other products and technical services will be added over time.**
**Responsibilities**
**1. Sales Pipeline**
- Managing external client relationships including quotations and proposals.
- Negotiating and closing contracts / purchase orders with clients.
- Responding to tenders.
**2. Sales Orders / Client Delivery**
- In concert with the Client Care and Technical Services Teams, manage the timing of client expectations related to fulfilling sales orders.
- Clearly communicate the needs of the client to internal Axsera stakeholders.
- Following-up with clients on outstanding payments.
**3. Reporting**
- Providing weekly updates on sales opportunities.
- Providing periodic updates to the sales pipeline.
- Providing monthly and yearly revenue forecasts.
- Aligning Axsera pricing to the competitive market expectations.
**4. Marketing**
- Participate in the selection and execution of Axsera’s presence in trade shows and conferences.
- Communicate the needs of marketing promotions to help drive revenue.
**Qualifications**
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of WiFi Networks, Structured Cabling and Technical Services or similar expertise.
- Proven track record selling Technology and / or Services to Enterprises, Government Organizations in the Greater Montreal area
- Bilingual - Written and Spoken
- Ability to provide budgetary estimates to clients.
- Well established list of credible contacts within Axsera’s target markets
- Self-starter
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
**Additional Information**
- Job location: Montreal, Quebec.
- Sales Territory: Quebec Province (Initially Greater Montreal area).
- Reports to General Manager.
- Full time position.
