Mississauga, Canada Worldwide Logistics Group Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll.
- Maintain and update financial records and documents.
- Process accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Use accounting software (such as Netsuite) to record financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as needed.
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
- Manage Operational system manual interphase to the ERP.
- Post bank transactions and made journal entries.
- Prepare payments, and setup wire transfers.
- Posting of overhead expenses.
- Preparing statements for VAT returns and filling to tax authorities.
- Participation in month-end closing in accordance with procedures set.
- Cooperation with local GM on accounting and administrative issues.
- Cooperation with other offices within the WWL Group.
- Placing administrative orders based on GM’s needs.
- Other ad hoc tasks depending on company needs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Finance Clerk or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (Net suite)
- Familiarity with AR/AP, bank reconciliations, cash flow statement, credit checks, credit
limits, setting up new accounts processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Mandatory requirements**
- Excel knowledge
- NetSuite knowledge is a plus.
- At least one year experience in accounting field.
- Completed /Ongoing studies with an accounting profile.
