**Administrative Assistant**
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Act as the face-to-face of the company to customers and vendors to provide exceptional service.
- Manage the service office providing customer service to technicians and employees.
- Manage scheduling and closing of jobs.
- Collaborate with vendors for best pricing on parts/items.
- Order parts/items needed daily for the technicians.
- Manage outgoing parts and shipping.
- Populate purchase orders and quotes.
- Receive parts and match related documentation.
- Perform administrative support to management.
- General office-related duties: Maintain documentation for day-to-day flow, sort mail, and filing.
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in Office Administration
- Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant working experience.
- Reliable and professional
- Detail-oriented and with excellent accuracy skills.
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
- Resourceful problem solver
- Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Computer proficiency
- Experience maintaining files/accounts
- Exhibit adaptability and flexibility and self-prioritize to accomplish daily responsibilities
- Experience creating quotes (previous experience working with RFP/RFQ is an asset)
- Warehouse and scheduling experience considered an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L4Z 3E6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
**Experience**:
- administration: 1 year (preferred)
