**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Project Managers are leaders, problem solvers, and bridge builders. They are the face of our organization and work closely with our internal and external clients and partners to deliver exceptional results. Focusing on the lean execution of our revolutionary PadX well pad solutions, you will be accountable for establishing, leading, and optimizing execution strategies for the individual projects and overall program and directly impacting the Scovan customer experience. You will bring your management and people skills to efficiently coordinate across functions at scale. You will seek to understand and get involved with technical engineering and fabrication as required to support program success and effectively collaborate with a multi-disciplinary, multi-level team of client, staff, and supply chain partners.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
Single point responsibility for the timely, efficient, and accurate creation, execution, and optimization of all the project management deliverables required for manufacturing our PadX program including:
- Communication: Communicating, interfacing, and collaborating effectively with all team members including internal and external clients and supply partners.
- Schedule: Working with our PadX Program Manager, Fabrication, and Project Integrations to build and maintain our approved build program and sold package schedules.
- Materials: Providing material procurement requirements for our build program and sold package requirements to Supply Chain.
- Drawings & Data: Utilizing the support of Engineering, Electrical, Design, and Fabrication to create, issue, and revise build program and sold package document and data requirements.
- Fabrication: With the assistance of Fabrication, Quality, and the assigned Fabrication Project Managers, be accountable for executing the build program and sold packages. Maintaining scope, schedule, budget, and milestones. Identifying and addressing resource requirements, barriers, and roadblocks.
- Progress & Cost Reporting: With the assistance of Project Integrations, producing regular build program and sold package progress and cost reporting.
- Change Management: Upon sale of a build program package and at the direction of our assigned Site-Specific Project Manager, coordinating the implementation of client specific options or customizations including pricing and delivery impact assistance as required.
- Program Updates: Providing and coordinating support to our PadX Program Manager for revolutionary generational package design changes as required. Single source responsibility for coordinating, evaluating, obtaining approvals, and implementing evolutionary sub-generational package design changes as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Pursuing engineering and fabrication excellence to improve the execution of our program vision and deliverables. Relentlessly pursuing opportunities to automate, optimize and advance productivity and efficiencies to reduce overall costs, decrease build time, and increase quality of the program and our client experience.
- Compliance: Ensuring our program, deliverables, and execution are compliant with all program, industry and regulatory requirements including our Professional Practice Management Plan.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing experience including certification from a recognized training provider would be considered an asset.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technologist, and/or Project Management Certification (PMP) including eligibility for APEGA/ASET registration would be considered an asset.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Able to take lead and take ownership of current results and future improvements.
- Take initiative, advocate, and exemplify teamwork, innovative thinking and problem solving.
