**Insulation Foreman**

Scovan is looking for an Insulation Foreman to join our team in Ponoka. This position offers stable, full-time hours with an opportunity to grow and learn from our hard-working team. You will report to the Insulation Superintendent and help oversee and manage all aspects of the fabrication insulation process within our facility. You have a strong background in fabrication, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management. You will be responsible for ensuring that all insulation fabrication projects are completed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner, while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Fall Arrest/Protection Training Certification
- Manlift Ticket
- WHMIS 2015
- CSTS-09
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, insulation materials, and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.

**Details**:

- Full-time hours - Typical shift is Monday to Thursday, 10-hour days.
- Shifts may vary based on workload requirements.
- All work is completed in our industrial module yard in Ponoka, Alberta. No need to travel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of fabrication insulation technicians. Support and train as needed to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination fabrication insulation activities, including material procurement, fabrication processes, and installation procedures, to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections of fabrication insulation work to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and other relevant stakeholders to assess project requirements, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the development of efficient fabrication insulation strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of fabrication processes, including material inventories, work progress, and any issues encountered, to facilitate effective project tracking and reporting.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to promote a secure working environment, identifying and addressing potential safety hazards or risks associated with the fabrication insulation process.
- Monitor and optimize fabrication insulation workflow to maximize productivity, minimize waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Resolve any technical or logístical issues that arise during the fabrication insulation process, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to mitigating challenges.
- Provide regular performance evaluations and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development opportunities.

**Salary**: $45.00 per hour
