What will your day look like?

**Communicate With Clients**
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and trends.
- Proactively respond to client feedback forms to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Manage Daily Schedule**
- Manage and coordinate daily schedule for clients and Pros.
- Creating consistent schedules for clients with regard to, timing and Pros.
- Being aware of statutory holiday scheduling needs.
- Send out reminders to clients regarding their scheduled cleans.

**Ensure Employees Are Well Informed**
- Ensure work orders notes are correct.
- Verify client addresses, contact information.

**Morning Dispatch**
- Supporting the Office Manager, assisting with dispatch when they are otherwise occupied.
- Work with Office Manager to make sure supplies are managed effectively.

Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON L7L 5V2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
