Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. This is a full-time position located in Burlington, ON.

**Duties**:

- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any product-related issues
- Enter customer data and update customer accounts in our database
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues

**Experience**:

- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Phone Etiquette
- Customer Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Knowledge of cleaning and chemical industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
