Unique Chrysler in Burlington is hiring We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceptional customer service

**In this exciting role, you will**:

- Contact new vehicle purchasers within 24 hours of delivery of their vehicle and complete customer survey
- Contact prior days service customers and complete feedback survey of their experience
- Assume responsibility for accurately recording all time worked; by use of time clock
- Secure appointments for recalls based on the VIN lists and customer information; provided by the manager
- Run reports and follow up within declined service and maintenance from service appointments booked
- Follow up with special order parts service and parts
- Perform filing for the Service Department
- Book customers in for service appointments
- Cover reception if/when required to do so
- Prepare any and all reports as required by management, the Dealer or the manufacturer
- Assist customers who contact the Customer Service Department with concerns. Answer all questions possible and resolve customer concerns if able. If the Customer Service Department cannot assist directly with a solution to the customer’s problem, then the problem is to be directed to the appropriate department manager for resolution
- Undertake any additional position-related duties as directed by management
