In this exciting role, you will:

  • Contact new vehicle purchasers within 24 hours of delivery of their vehicle and complete customer survey
  • Contact prior days service customers and complete feedback survey of their experience
  • Assume responsibility for accurately recording all time worked; by use of time clock
  • Secure appointments for recalls based on the VIN lists and customer information; provided by the manager
  • Run reports and follow up within declined service and maintenance from service appointments booked
  • Follow up with special order parts service and parts
  • Perform filing for the Service Department
  • Book customers in for service appointments
  • Cover reception if/when required to do so
  • Prepare any and all reports as required by management, the Dealer or the manufacturer
  • Assist customers who contact the Customer Service Department with concerns. Answer all questions possible and resolve customer concerns if able. If the Customer Service Department cannot assist directly with a solution to the customer's problem, then the problem is to be directed to the appropriate department manager for resolution
  • Undertake any additional positionrelated duties as directed by management
