What will your day look like?

Communicate With Clients

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and trends.
  • Proactively respond to client feedback forms to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage Daily Schedule

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedule for clients and Pros.
  • Creating consistent schedules for clients with regard to, timing and Pros.
  • Being aware of statutory holiday scheduling needs.
  • Send out reminders to clients regarding their scheduled cleans.

Ensure Employees Are Well Informed

  • Ensure work orders notes are correct.
  • Verify client addresses, contact information.

Morning Dispatch

  • Supporting the Office Manager, assisting with dispatch when they are otherwise occupied.
  • Work with Office Manager to make sure supplies are managed effectively.
Other duties as assigned

Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Burlington, ON L7L 5V2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
