**Responsibilities**
- Greet and coordinate all visitors to the office including set-up of conference rooms and meetings
- Copying and scanning documents both for internal and external use
- Prepare sales and administration report as required
- Assist with ordering and maintaining of office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
- Responsible for shipping, receiving, and distribution of office packages
- Daily upkeep of the office to ensure the space is clean and presentable
- Other duties as assigned by Sales Manager and Sales Representative

**Skills & Qualification**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- 1 - 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and adhere to the office dress code
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company and public, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative, problem solve and make decisions within scope of job

**Monday to Thursday - 10am to 6pm & Saturday & Sunday - 10am to 6pm**

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
