We are currently seeking an ambitious **relationship-builder **to join our growing team at TrueTraining.ca and TalosTech.ca as an Account Executive to assist with **bid proposals **and **sales activities**. Our company operates in the B2G (business to government) sector, providing a variety of services and goods to Canadian governments (municipal, provincial, and federal). Our goal is to advance Canada in the right direction.

You will be working amongst a team of 9 in Victoria, BC. We are ambitious, unique, and hardworking. We intend to grow the business fast over the next few years. You will have the opportunity to position yourself in a leadership role in the near future as you develop yourself alongside us.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- **Bids and Proposal Management**: Prepare and submit bids and proposals for government contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, draft responses, and refine proposals to maximize success rates.
- **Quote / Sales Management**: Handle quote requests, prepare detailed quotes, and ensure successful conversion to contracts. Follow up on quotes, invoices, and payments to maintain efficient sales cycles.
- **Project Coordination**: Oversee project scheduling by matching available resources based on their skills and availability, ensuring effective resource utilization. Track due dates for assessments, progress reports, invoices, bills, quote expirations, and project statuses. Create relevant tasks for yourself and team members to ensure seamless handoff post-sale.
- **Creative Problem-Solving**: Proactively develop creative solutions to overcome challenges in client acquisition, project coordination, and sales processes.
- **Business Development Support**: Assist business development in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting the growth of our suite of services.
- **Preference**_
- **Experience Level**: Minimum three years in sales roles.
- **Interests**: Working in a fast-paced startup, developing strong connections with government clients, and fast opportunity to grow compensation package.
- **Early riser**: Adapted to morning schedules.

As you bring in new clients, you will have the opportunity to advance your position and lead a team of Account reps to assist you in growing your sales goals.

Office: near downtown

Work time: 7:30am to 3:00pm PST

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.80-$35.30 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
